Il Ceo – Vespri Frizzante – 2021
This iconic frizzante is bright and zippy with plenty of zest and ripe citrus carried along by very pretty and inviting aromatics of lemon curd and baked pears. Spicey for a sparkling wine. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, and skin macerated for 24 hours. It's an extremely thirst-quenching bubbly from a volcanic terroir sourced from different plots up to 50 years old. A little must is added in the bottle for a second fermentation. It then has great salt that offers the extension, and is very dry and very persistent. Open it to share in good times.
