A likeness of bruised apples, acacia honey, dried herbs and preserved lemons - there is much going on here. It’s structured, balanced, generous and holds a capacity to develop over a long time. Many other grapes require intervening practices to offer so much from its wine, but these are all the natural characteristics of the Timorasso grape itself. Risotto, antipasto, pizza, pasta, it’s all a sure bet.
