Sol 2020 - Bodega Gratias

100% Tardana varietal wine. Medium bodied dry and lively white. Zesty fruits and a little chalky. Hand picked, fermented with native yeasts, old vine, aged in clay tinaja and on lees for 3 months. The Tardana fruit comes from un-irrigated bush vines and is harvested late after a very long ripening season. It’s planted on a specially suited parcel of land along the river Cabriel, at an altitude of 400 metres with a soil high in calcareous content.. Grilled fish and acidic mediterranean dishes. Very food friendly, lots going on.
