Wine produced with grapes  from the producer's vineyards, framed by the slopes of the rivers in the north of the Armamar county; wine production in an integrated way (and preservation of natural resouces); manual picking of grapes, natives varietes of the region, manual selection of bunches at the entrance to the winery, destemming and manual crushing; wine mash fermentation with autochthonous yeasts, fine lees and "batonnage".
