Made from 100% Passerina grapes given 4 days skin maceration giving it a golden yellow colour. Gentle pressing in stainless steel tanks for 6 months to freshly preserve what the grapes have to offer. Bottled without fining or filtration, and no sulfites are added. Fresh citrus and tropical fruits with a floral aromatic quality. Light-bodied with refreshing acidity. From 15 year old vines cultivated in the Pergola Abruzzese style. A good session wine to share around as is or with antipasti, fresh salads and white meats.
