Krakhuna, 15% peel, for 4 months, wine with spice! And in this case cherry stones, plum stones and almonds; round, creamy, with dried fruit and an amaretto-like core. Slightly more acidic than in the previous vintage, therefore slightly more electric; sustainable Georgian energy, that's for sure!
