A Spicy Grignolino pet nat to shake up the table. Spontaneously fermented using only indigenous yeasts in steel and cement containers, resulting in a unique and authentic wine. Bottled the following spring with no added sulphur dioxide or filtering. Slightly cloudy, lively flavours of strawberries and cherries, and cherry coloured too. A nose full of floral and spicy aromas. Its freshness and pleasant taste, combined with light tannins, make it an easy-to-drink option that pairs well with a variety of foods. Whether it's cold cuts and sausages, starters, white meat, stewed meat, raw fish, fresh or aged cheese, fries, seafood, mushrooms, main dishes, risotto, sushi, truffle, or vegetables, this wine is sure to complement whatever’s coming out of the kitchen. We suggest serving this one between 10 to 12°C to get the most out of it.
