Al Tall Blanc 2021 - Celler Tomas Torres

This young orange wine, fermented with indigenous yeasts, was given one week on skins before being left in stainless steel tanks for 7 months. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites. Herbaceous, sweet and salty. Named after long-famed local Valencian ‘riproposta’ folk group, Al Tall. Chill it and serve it around.
